Site development planning for schools is a special interest of Cosmopolitan. Members of our staff have, in concert with other consultants, provided effective design solutions for school districts, many of whom are saddled with low maintenance budgets. Our firm has provided planning and construction documents for a wide array of sports field and facility development, from simple field renovation, to fields with designed soil treatment, sub-drainage, irrigation, and seeding.
